Leadership Team
Keith Hartman
Chief Executive Officer
Keith joined Comprehensive EyeCare Partners in December 2022. He brings 20 years of healthcare experience across provider and pharmaceutical operations, strategy, innovation, and R&D.
He most recently spent 9 years at DaVita as a Group Vice President leading the Home Dialysis business, the largest provider of home dialysis in the U.S. Prior to joining DaVita, Keith was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group in the healthcare practice.
Keith earned a PhD in chemistry from Rice University, focused on the design of new cancer imaging contrast agents. He then trained as a post-doctoral fellow in the Radiology Department at the Stanford University Medical Center.
In his free time, Keith loves to mountain bike, fly fish, and ski with his wife and 3 children.
Kevin Cahill
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin joined Comprehensive EyeCare Partners in February 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. He brings 20 years of experience across healthcare operations, strategy, and private equity.
He most recently served as SVP of Market Operations for DispatchHealth, a VC-backed in-home urgent care company, leading their national operations in 45 markets. Prior to DispatchHealth, Kevin was a Vice President of Operations at DaVita.
Kevin received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rice University. He loves living in Colorado and exploring everything the state has to offer with his wife and 3 children.
R.P. Dickerson
Chief Financial Officer
R.P. joined Comprehensive EyeCare Partners in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare finance experience from both the provider and payor perspective across private equity backed, publicly-traded, and physician-owned organizations.
He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM), which is North America’s leading fertility services network. Prior to joining CCRM, R.P. was the Chief Financial Officer for MD Now, Florida’s largest urgent care provider.
R.P. holds an MBA in Finance from the Goizueta School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
Pat Bradford
Chief Human Resources Officer
Pat Bradford joined Comprehensive EyeCare Partners in December 2022 and serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer. She brings more than 25 years of Human Resource experience across several industries with the most recent 10 years in the health care sector.
Prior to joining Comp Eye, Pat was the CHRO with Elara Caring, one of the largest home health companies in the U.S. She has extensive experience leading organizations through growth, both acquisitive and organic.
Pat received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Denver with an emphasis on human relations.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband golfing and exploring the beautiful country in which they live.
John Jessen
VP of Managed Care
John joined Comprehensive EyeCare Partners in July 2023 as the VP of Managed Care and brings more than 30 years of managed care contracting experience, on both the payer and provider side.
John has worked with many specialties across the health care sector including West Dermatology and US Oncology. He most recently served as VP of Payer Contracting for Physical Rehabilitation Network where he developed and executed the managed care contracting strategy for the 200+ clinics in 17 states.
John received his master’s degree in public administration from Arizona State University.
In his spare time, he enjoys golf and Pilates and spending time with his wife and two children.
Matt Meyer
VP of IT & Clinical Workflow
Matt Meyer joined Comprehensive Eyecare Partners in June 2025 and serves as the VP of IT & Clinical Workflow. He brings 25 years of experience as a technology leader, providing a blend of Fortune 500 expertise and dedicated healthcare industry experience.
He has held leadership positions in various organizations across industries including Enterprise Rent A Car, Reinsurance Group of America, and most recently as VP of IT at Oral Surgery Partners. Matt’s career has been defined by his ability to build and scale technology solutions that drive both business success and operational excellence. He is passionate about leveraging technology to empower our ophthalmology partners and improve patient outcomes.
Matt is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Information Management (MIM).
In his free time, he channels his energy into running, soccer, and tackling creative DIY and woodworking projects.
