In addition to the last full month of summer, the start of a new school year for many and the start of a new season in fashion, August also marks National Eye Exam Month. While we don’t need a reminder of just how important an annual eye exam is, putting a little something together to remind patients of these facts is always a good idea. This year, many independent ECPs are taking to social media to spread information about National Eye Exam Month, and to encourage their patients to book and go through with their annual appointments, while staying safe from COVID-19. With a few weeks still left in the month, there’s plenty of time remaining to get involved—this week, we’re taking a look at some of the ways ECPs have shared the news about the importance of eye exams.
